Marketing
The way in which your property is presented will have a significant effect upon its saleability and ultimately, the price at which it is sold. Deciding upon the correct approach to reach the widest possible audience requires experience and a thorough knowledge of the options available.
SALES PARTICULARS All of our sales particulars have colour photography, floor plans and energy graphs.
COLOUR BROCHURES Where appropriate, we offer laminated colour brochures at no extra charge.
ADVERTISING All properties listed with Jacksons are advertised:
- In the local media
- On the major property portals including Prime Location, Rightmove, Find a property, The Mayfair office, Country Life and Globrix.
- National advertising will be utilised where appropriate.

The Residential Letting Department is managed by Charlotte Meller who will be able to advise you on all aspects of letting your property including:

Residential letting has found increasing favour with the public in recent years and can make sound commercial sense if handled professionally. The 1988 Housing Act simplified the law relating to rented accommodation allowing landlords to be confident of regaining possession of their property, whilst in many cases, securing good rental yields.
However renting your property can develop into a nightmare if not correctly handled by the appointed agent. At Jacksons we take care to explain the potential pitfalls to both landlords and tenants, and thus eliminate problems that may arise in the future. In addition we try to determine the suitability of a tenant to our client's property, so neither party's expectations are dashed.
